Lifepo4 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the lifepo4 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the lifepo4 platform.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lifepo4 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you are not permitted to use this platform.

To use the lifepo4 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. The platform does not accept underage users under any circumstances.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
  • Not restricted or prohibited from using online betting services under the laws applicable to you.
  • Register only one personal account and do not represent any third party without prior written authorisation from lifepo4.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

When registering an account with lifepo4, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account. lifepo4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. lifepo4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

General User Responsibilities

  • Not using the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
  • Not using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate the platform's systems.
  • Not attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Comply with all rules and guidelines set by lifepo4 from time to time.

Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the lifepo4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers.

Deposit

Deposits are final once confirmed by the system. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the payment method selected. lifepo4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon successful identity verification. lifepo4 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.

Bonuses and Promotions

Any bonuses or promotions offered are subject to separate wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Liability Limits, Account Suspension, and Closure Policy

Lifepo4 Liability Limits

Lifepo4 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or changes in legislation. lifepo4's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

Lifepo4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

  • Users who violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Users found to be operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.
  • Users found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration.

For voluntary closure, users may submit a request to the support team via email. Any valid account balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the lifepo4 platform — including the brand name, logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of lifepo4 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links and Services

Lifepo4 may include integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. lifepo4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

Lifepo4 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the lifepo4 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
